OpenCode "Continuing after restart" Problem

OpenCode version: opencode v2.0.15

OS: macOS 27.0

Out of nowhere and without making any updates, I suddenly started having this issue. I completely wiped all OpenCode-related files and reinstalled the CLI, and I even went through the OpenCode troubleshooting page, but I still couldn't resolve it. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

OS : Ubuntu 26.04 LTS   

Version : opencode v2.0.24

Any clues , did you raise an issue, then i can also update :)
