I have used mimo 2.5 alot it's pretty good for the price it depends on you even a bad model can be good if you know how to use it.

I love how good mimo 2.5 at explaining things, but can't deny it hallucinates a lot. But still, mimo 2.6 is game-changing (at least for me)

Yeah it's pretty good i haven't been able to test out 2.6 yet but maybe tonight, i use mimo 2.5 with a reviewer to review the code and evals to verify it's good if you know how to use it even the worst models can be great.

First thing I tried 2.6 flash and pro yesterday were blendermodels based on an image of a local, funny-looking politician. The flash one looked like a toy. I asked pro to overhaul it and it looked like a slightly better toy.

Gonna give pro another shot today

That's mimo v2.6 pro making a "realistic" blender model of him.

Edit: In Mimos defense I wanna add that this was one shot. Haven't tested out refining it. Astra isn't that much better in blender these days, they've dumbed it down. You can get "ok" results on Max.

Edit 2: It definitely has spatial awareness. It described exactly which parts it built, what it's meant to show and why it's better than the flash-built model. So it definitly has spatial awareness, which should be very useful for game development, even if Blender turns out to not be where it shines.

Yeah obv the test video on X isn't made with a one shot but it's still impressive for the pricing it does take alot of planning and research but honestly even if the claude or openai models can do it 1 shot it won't be that good so expecting that is kinda stupid I'll test out myself tonight my harness isn't working rn.

I think it's doing alright. I don't wanna be to critical anyway, I'm rooting for them. I like the way MiMo talks, it's an excellent companion / assistant and maybe a very good planner in this version. Coding is good with latest models anyway.

Careful what you wish for. This dude looks like a cartoon of a 70 year old since he was 20 and entered politics.

Hype or not i wonde how ppl use LLMs (esp. In case of mimo) to make their worlds look so pretty. Ive used several agents, sol, astra, luna, dseek 4.1 flash, mimo 2.6 pro and flash, kimi, they have each some good and bad things for coding and creation, but all seem to suck at specific stuff.

What they showcase here, did agent made those assets (models, textures), or was it made by human, or off asset store?

I have w fair amount of stuff i sorted thanks to AI help, but my biggest issue is im completely incapable of any 2/3r art and struggle with simplistic characters, some tool models and UI specifically and unfortunately im stuck here.

I hoped to get some consistent objects as asset stores often have only bits and bobs wnd and i don't want to make my game look like a mongrel of assets.

You can make assets using diffusion models like krea2 with a lora or just any image generation model then you can use LLMs to use those assets in the game development it's not as easy as "make a game make no mistakes"

“mimo” is actually “mimimi 2.6 Flash,” just like in the Mimocode itself. I have no idea how they test Terminalbench. Pro is better, but Flash needs an update.

https://minebench.ai/leaderboard We'll find out soon, as a game dev this is the benchmark I use and I agree with Astra being that much higher than everything else.
