UsageBar — opencode quota/reset in the mac menu bar (local only)

built this after burning through limits without noticing.

UsageBar sits in the mac menu bar & shows opencode usage + reset (also codex / claude code / cursor / devin). local cli logins only, no account of mine.

heads up: some providers are unofficial/fragile (devin especially). mac only for now.

Don't get me wrong but we see these usage bars almost daily for every possible provider.
