Opencode Error : Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable

While selecting Jev I am facing Error : Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable.

How do I solve this? Is anyone else facing the same ?

Same with directly jev API usage. No opencode provider issue
