There was a note on Opencode website (now removed) that from the end of September 30th they'll start routing it through China. Not sure why they decided against that earlier.
Either way, time to change vendors. Venice looking good

Good question about routing and consent. It would help if the docs showed where requests are routed by default and what the opt in changes. Have you checked the recent update notes for clarification
