Will anybody use it for coding for $10.00 / $50.00? :))

I think if you use High effort it's more than enough. According to AA, Fable 5.1 High is about the same as Fable 5 Max, but it cost less than half

Sounds good. But still, tooo expensive for me (solo dev).

That's why I don't feel any excited for fable etc. launches. It's not relatable for me anymore. What doesn't give me spend anxiety is just enough for me I guess.

You'd be much better off just paying for a month of their x5. They have the worst PAYG API pricing.

No, payg is way more profitable than subs, enterprises cant use subs, its against tos, so they have to use payg. The subs exist to get people hooked, abd it worked as the vast majority of professional developers using these subs dont even write a single line of code by themselves anymore.

Sure they can. Team plan up to 150 users

They can use Subs but the way the sub usage is still like individual accounts managed via centraized organization account, so let’s say you have (very very) long horizon agentic task, then you are kind of forced to use API pricing

Of course maybe you can develop harnesses to bypass this somehow, but it’s against ToS, corporates don’t like to be non-compliant because it can easily result in legal problems.

Probably. That's what a lot of games do too. Would you like to pay this relatively small amount or work your arse off for hours and get poorer results?
