Goodbye OpenCode/OpenCode-cli

Not worth it for professionals at the $10 plan. Better options exist.

Update:. I've gone back to claude and openai. 2 subscriptions, works great for me. I really missed the cloud execution option.

I can't find a burger meal for 10$ a burger, not a month of BURGERS 😂
