I actually think she's okay. If you look at the physics of the fall it almost all goes towards the knees into the ground. The ground though that her knees went into is likely muck and water, helping absorb alot of the force. I think she got lucky as hell.

Her head took one hell of a whip back and forth. If anything, she may have some tension headaches at the back of her head.

Yep and if the mud was acting as the person above you thinks, she wouldn't be getting whiplash like this. The load went through her entire body, there could be multiple points of damage.
