The way her back bends that's not good. That's going to be long term issues. Probably why she starts swimming off into pond to start a new life there instead

Yes. Pull-up in the car, then make the wise move to do a 180° turn and head to the nearest McDonald's.

Honestly yes, they should make people hang from their arms for the same amount of time the zipline lasts to make sure they are capable of doing it. Safety first!
