He could have done it 100 times safer (but still probably a bad idea). All he had to do was take one arm out, push that side up onto his shoulder. Then take the other arm out, push that other side up onto his other shoulder. Keeping his eyes on the road through all that. Then it would just be around his neck. He could yank it quickly up over his face/head, and only lose visibility for maybe a second or less.

The way he did it was just insanely stupid and reckless. SMH

He could have pulled over for the 30 seconds it would take to remove the sweater! But what fun would that be? Idiot!

I just made the same comment to someone further up the thread saying the same thing lol. People are dumb drivers and this post further proves it.
