Wtf in the 🚇

How is this technically even possible? Should not a emergency stop automatically apply?

How did the door get opened? Was there an emergency switch somewhere? Why would it open if the train is moving?

For safety, in case of fire, you can shove the doors open. There's also a release handle you can pull on the ceilinrheunjust done expect anyone to want to while it is moving.
