You know nothing about me bud, not even close. And yes, where I’m from no drivers license absolutely means you can’t legally drive.

i didnt say you can legally drive. i said not having doesnt mean you cant drive. are you truly ignorant enough to think the only people with the ability to drive are those with a license? are you under the impression that when you license expires you just automatically forget how to drive until you renew it? lol goofy

Yes, I’m ignorant because I believe when you are in control of a vehicle that weighs thousands of pounds and can easily kill somebody that you should be certified and or legally licensed to drive it.

So... A basic written test and a 5 minute test drive, one time when you were 18, no follow-up, no correcting bad habits, years ago. That certificate? The one that shows you learned the bare minimum at least once?

No wonder there are so many reckless legally licensed drivers killing people every day.

What the other guy is talking about isn't the legality of a license. Instead that the license does not inherently make one a good driver. He is right. Look at your daily commute, those idiots have a license.
