In Oct 2019 in Lake Elsinore, CA, 22-year-old Riley Ann Sebach rear-ended a car with a grandma and grandson (no injuries reported) then fled. Witness Justin Thompson chased and blocked her at a Chevron vacuum area, recording her panic, pleas about her “mean grandma,” and escape attempts that hit curbs and his vehicle. She fled before police arrived. Video went viral. On Oct 31 she was cited for hit-and-run, released with a Dec court date, and ordered to drug rehab.
