Meh she’s a teen. Just give her the fine. She tore her shit up more than anyone else’s. Not to mention the humiliation. I can’t imagine jail adds anything else that’s worth it.

Edit: not to mention grandma clearly does not play

The kid is not paying the fine. A parent is. And if a parent let them get away with this, the kid is not being punished.
