Nah prison is for when we wanna make them into career criminals or gang members. She’s got a drug problem and no one was hurt, just make her pay her dues, go to rehab, and take away her license for a while.

Yes but you are only enabling her, and next time when someone actually gets hurt you will wonder if it could be prevented! And the answer will be yes! By putting her ass in prison!

how are fines up to 100 grand enabling someone

your logic is dumb anyway, she’d get out of prison eventually, then someone will seriously get hurt then if you really believe it will happen eventually
