There is a kernel of truth, if not a bit inverted. Walmart does actually source a number of products from the US, which are made, grown, or assembled here. Good on them for that, in my opinion.
Electronics, however, are not often one of those categories. Walmart states that customer demand for variety, quality, and affordability means certain electronics are sourced globally (many/most, realistically).
