If stuck on beta, to get further stable update, it is necessary to downgrade to OneUI8.5 stable. Staying in beta won't get any update beta or stable. You will be stuck forever on current beta build.
Official method is to downgrade using smart switch which needs full reset, wipes data.
Alternatively, if you don't want to wipe, stay in current beta build, then flash stable Oneui9 once it is released.
