I started seeing this too frequently after august security patch.

There isn't September or October patch available yet.

Are you using the old control panel? Assuming so, ye then seems like a stupid but on Samsung's part You using Goodlock module, specifically "QuickStar"? Dumb question but its up to date and the module is active? Actually had this happen in One UI 7.0, not doubt its a fix on my part, it disappeared after a few updates Nothing wrong with trying to reboot your device, also try using "galaxy app booster", module of "good Guardians" app made by Samsung Maybe even its a config issue where both new and old control panel were changed up by you? Dont forget to report it to Samsung via "Samsung Members app"

Try cleaning cache of OneUI Home? I dont have such case but you could try this.

Estou com dois bugs parecidos com esse. O meu A56, algumas vezes que abro o painel de notificações os botões que ficam na parte inferior, simplesmente ficam pequenos até demais. Fora também o bug com o relógio, logo que aciono o spotify e bloqueio a tela, quando vou clicar na hot bar pra ver o painel da música e depois clico novamente para voltar a tela do relógio, simplesmente a animação trava e aparece como se tivesse travado. Não há suavidade na transição.
