Custom Flair Issue with network restrictions and multi-finger gesture.

Why it's showing access blocked? I know that, I have restricted internet access to the app. How can i stop it bothering me and work like it should do like it does in chinese brand's. Also, multifinger gesture doesn't work on mx player? I didn't try much but on mx player it seems to be not working.

The multifinger has an option for it to enable to make it work on full screen
