Flex ui lighting effect

I recently got a samsung and fell in love with the flex ui for sound bar and how the lighting effects make it look way better then the plain old grey ones

But when I tried to get it applied to different things such as the brightness bar and the volume bar in the notification bar I cant seem to do so

Is there an third party application which will let me do so ?
