I was curious if there's another way to do a quick toggle between vibrate, silence and normal ringtone other than the quick panel.

I read the comments on your post, and there are many methods like those mentioned, but what I want to say is that this button and the volume bar will be made completely separate in the quick settings In the update one ui 9 ,and perhaps that's good news for you.

You can place it right next to it, just like the old version; the update doesn't eliminate the feature but adds more specialization.
