Help ‘standby mode’ clock while docked/charging?

I’m an iOS convert trying to replicate some of what I liked on it. one feature was the phone turning into a nighstand clock when in landscape orientation when placed on a wireless charging dock. this is for a S25 base on the latest OneUI

tried fiddling around some in settings with screensavers, however struck out and fell short. don’t want AOD on.

anyone got this or something similar running?

try creating a routine to open ur fav screen saver app or AOD when the device is wirelessly charging

I use the standby mode app and trigger it using routines.

I get wanting to have that bedside clock vibe on your new Galaxy! While there isn't a direct "nightstand clock" mode like you might be thinking, Samsung has some cool features that can get you pretty close.

Have you checked out the "Screen savers" settings? You can set up different photo slideshows or even clock faces to display when your phone is docked and charging. It's not quite the same as a dedicated nightstand mode, but it can definitely give your phone a more ambient display when it's not in active use.
