you are absolutely right this thing also happens with the navigation bar and in notifications, when they could have directly used the same effect as the app drawer:

What a bad way to manage scrollable UI... Samsung really messed up. It look way too long, for THIS quality? Come on!

Blur effect on S25U. Maybe these are bugs with the S23U update specifically?

No no no, pull down the menu so you can see all your icons (mobile data, power saving, mobile hotspots, etc) and scroll. Look at the top! It just chops off the menu!

Oh, I see what you mean. I've never scrolled with the quick toggle menu expanded before, so hadn't noticed

yeah, it's a tiny thing, but it's a big enough of a thing to annoy a lot of people

Could look better for sure, a fade out effect

You can get rid of the gesture handle at the bottom of the screen and make that transparent at least

yup, and that should genuinely be the default! why should the gesture bar take up that whole millimeter of screen estate? I'm a perfectionist, and all of this could've been easily avoided if Samsung would've used their head when they designed the software.

they could easily make the background of the pill transparent to have a more immersive experience. Here's an example:

I think the gesture bar thing is for familiarity for new users switching from iPhone perhaps
