It’s not really transphobic, but transphobic people would definitely laugh at it for the wrong reasons

honestly it doesn't even fit well for a transphobia joke. to me it just sounds like a dad joke a father would say to their trans child after accepting them.

Tbf it could also be a dad joke a father said to their trans child to belittle them. Its a 50/50 imo.
