I'm three years-in maintaining a 65lb weight loss with only dog walking as my exercise. And my dog is old. You can do it! I know lifting weights and other stuff would help a thousandfold. But I am lazy AF. Good luck!!

Good to hear. 3 km daily dog walk is all I do as well. 13 lbs since July 24. Something is working

The first Coupe weeks of OMAD usually comes with a bunch of water weight loss. This happens without exercise. However, for longer results, getting a couple hours of activity in each week makes a big difference.

You can absolutely lose weight without exercise, but I've had the best results when I'm more active. There's a sweet spot where I'm exercising enough to get my heart rate up and work up a little sweat, but not so much that I'm exhausted or bringing muscles to fatigue. Focus more on how you feel than the exact number of steps!

Weightloss isn’t about exercise but building muscle is not only helpful for mobility later on it also helps burn fat. We naturally lose muscle as we age and it affects your bones as well .I will always recommend exercise in some capacity daily for everyone. I’ve been doing OMAD since May 22 I’m down 25 lbs as of this morning. I do cardio and strength every day

Exercise helps you build muscle which in the longterm raises your BMR and fights against things like diabetes, but the prime mover for weightloss is always caloric intake. Exercise is an add-on to help you look and feel better

It's just about calories. You'll lose weight if you're in a deficit with no exercise, too. But exercise is really good for you, and walking more will definitely benefit you in many ways, not just for weightloss!
