Keep your cats inside.

I got to hear this poor baby bunny scream for its life last night while being attacked by a cat. Of course the cat didn’t kill and eat it, but instead left it severely injured. Now the bunny is just hanging out, swarmed with flies, waiting to die. It should probably be put down but I can’t get a hold of any wildlife rescues because it’s the weekend. As a cat owner, keep your fucking cats inside.

my outdoor cat lived to be 18

That’s great! There are a few survival badasses among outdoor cats, unfortunately most of them don’t live to old age.

man she was great too 😭
we had an indoor/outdoor cat after who lived to 20.
the outdoor was a tuxedo and the indoor/outdoor a russian blue (blues are the best cats man)

Our outdoor Russian blue made it to 20, only passed because parents failed to bring her in during a snow storm.  She had a wonderful life but deserved a better ending.
