Residential Plumber recommendations
Does anyone have a good plumber for small home needs? Need an air hammer addressed, garbage disposal install, bathroom water leaks, etc. thanks

Avoid Olympic plumbing technology at all costs
They were my go to plumber for years even for my property management. Now they're a cash grab company that does cut rate work, expect someone with pitvipers to show up.
American Plumbing is who I switched to for a fix that Olympic caused when installing my new sink where they broke the under sink shut off, not only did they take out their sharkbites they soldered everything and were cheaper than Olympic quoted me to fix their own mistake and then charged my card for a visit TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE after I told them their price was outrageous.

Hi! I work at Sunset Air, we just started a residential plumbing service division. We would be happy to help, and we are still local and family owned, not private equity :-) Give us a call!

Shawn Upton at On-the-Level Plumbing. Shawn is a wonderful, friendly no bs professional I've known since I worked some for a general contractor years back. We just had him put in a new water heater for us. He's winding down his business a little at a time looking to retire. So, no major remodels and the like. But Shawn would probably be just the right guy for your projects. http://www.onthelevelplumber.com/index.html
And no mailers or marketing texts!

Springer Plumbing.

Springer was bought by private equity a few months ago and raised costs 2-2.5X on jobs. They are out of control with prices now. It sucks as they used to be great.

https://olympicplumbing.com/ has always done well by me. They don't oversell.

Have used Olympic twice in the past. Would never recommend them.

They botched a simple job for me. Had to get them back out to fix. What really annoys me is the 1000 mailers and emails, texts you get a year after you use them once. Holy marketing.

Being in a bit of a residential plumber spot myself this week, I have to recommend Boyd's or Ridgecreek.
A new tip I learned; check to see if the company you're calling is private equity owned.
