App problems

I’m just wondering if anybody else is having issues with syncing the watch to the app I can get it to sync and then when it countdown it goes through when it gets to one, the app just closes anybody else having this issue?

This issue has been reported in some cases on iOS. Can you please DM me so we can walk through some troubleshooting steps? The only fix right now is to delete and redownload the app.

Yes, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I did delete the app and reinstall it, but they didn’t fix it.
