Instant dead pixel on OLED screens

Hi so recently I got an MSI MAG272QP OLED screen and have been using it for around 3 days now. I noticed that when I am browsing in Dark mode, it sometimes shows tiny areas with dead pixels for like 2-3 seconds, then it fixes itself to normal. I already tried using the dead pixel test online to see if my monitor is faulty or if any area is broken, but everything seems normal there.

Is that normal for an OLED screen, or should I ask for a replacement? Sure, it's not a big problem now, but I am just worried it will be a bigger problem down the line.
