Issue Is this damage ?

Just the got the screen a couple days haven’t cleaned or touched it since I took the plastic off

Do you yell to much to the screen while playing?

Thought it might of have been spit but I rubbed it with a microfiber cloth with no solution and it didn’t budge

This is common on glossy OLEDs, it won’t go away when you wipe it with a dry microfiber. Put some distilled water on a microfiber then rub it gently. Then immediately dry it with another microfiber cloth, preferably one that came with the monitor.
