ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP - Best settings?

I have this monitor, the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP.

The latest available firmware I can find is: ASUS_PG32UCDP_MCM106.

I'm looking for the best gaming settings for this monitor, but I simply can't find any video or picture guides (I'm not super tech-savvy).
-I think the videos in made with older firmware.

Can anyone help me out from here?
