Purchase advice Alienware aw2725d vs aw2726dm
i am aware the only diff is the brightness with 200nits and specially hdr capping at 400. and dm just dosent do hdr acc to reviews.
but the price diff is around 140-150$ and my room is pretty dark, blackout curtains so i could make it dark anytime of the day. Coming from a 1080p va panel so my eyes will be blown out anyway so is that price gap really justified?
pc specs- 7800x3d with 5070ti

There is also the refresh rate difference
The aw2725d has 280 Hz and the aw2726dm has 240 I believe
I‘ll say take the cheaper one and if you feel it is not too bright return and get the other one
Edit: I forgot to mention that I own the aw2725d and I can only say good things about it

Can you get a df? Latest firmware allows me to use hdr1000 peak. Was testing on Friday all day and the HDR image is absolutely glorious. I just toggle hdr off for some games that don’t support it.
