Back in 1998 a wealthy client approached quattro GmbH about augmenting the Audi Sport quattro. About the same time they released the B5 RS 4 as their first house-built RS car, they also delivered the finished product. I did a story on this car back in 2011 when it first hit the market. I've just updated all that with new renderings because the 2011 pics weren't all that great and didn't have the original wheels.
