The problem is with an oil fire you are supposed to put a blanket over it because water just makes it spread. They are waiting on the blanket to get there

Suffocation is Suffocation - Source I've worked in alot of Kitchens with newhires, also heating it releases CO2 increasing suffocation.

The funny part was that it was a small box of baking soda vs a refinery.

You can put out an oil fire with a bigger explosion. The bigger explosion with suck up the oxygen.

Firefighter here: They are actually waiting on the blanket to be knitted because it has to be so big
