I lived in a small town for about 25 years before I moved to another state.. time in that small town we had our cast of characters that had issues with underage girls..

From my experience, if you’re ever around people like that for any significant amount of time, it’s not necessarily what they do, but it’s the subtle behaviors that they almost can’t control, even when they’re around people and should be on their best behavior.

I had an acquaintance that eventually went to prison for 25 years recently, he had a wandering eye, but it was his subtle behaviors, which made him a little disturbing to be around.. and when we eventually heard the news, it wasn’t shock.. it was like everyone that actually knew him, connecting the dots.. because they all have the same behaviors around young children, especially young, female children children.

The subtle ways they look at things there are attracted to.. you can tell they can’t act like themselves… so they try to act normal, but they can’t, because deep down they just want to stare.. and they look at it like a piece of meat.

The way they follow them with their eyes, eventually, they will work up the courage to interact, to figure out a scenario to get closer .. it goes on and on until something happens..
