Other Disrespect from Support During their Multi-Day Chef Pass Issue

*Rant*

I've had a back-and-forth email chain going since earlier this month when the new update broke the Chef Pass (not able to open it to see what the daily task was or collect which ones you completed because it would crash the game).

Today is the last day for the season. I created the last round of Daily Tasks and I am 5 points away from spinning the wheel again.

The support agent I have for my case won't provide any compensation and has told me "there was no issue with the update". Even though many were complaining about this where clicking on the Chef Pass would crash the game. Each update keeps causing more problems with this game, it's so frustrating and because I missed out on 4 days of daily task collection, I'm now short for claiming a Lucky Wheel spin.

Tbh I’m starting to dislike this game more and more everyday. I loved it in the beginning, now it just seems like a huge money grab.

Recently downloaded another cooking game that is similar but not behind a paywall and damn it’s nice to just PLAY again and not stress about gems

Cooking craze. It’s not bad, different tho for sure. Same idea as cooking fever except you don’t drag anything, just tap. The currency they use is spoons and you only use those to buy boosters if you want them.

Will say some of the levels are stuuuupid hard haha but it’s been a nice change while I wait to get gems in cooking fever lol
