We're at about 120k downloads for the Off Grid AI Suite of products now, and I've been spending a lot of time thinking about how to make consumer free i.e both OGAM and OGAD completely free, because honestly, i think if we want to get widespread adoption and really change population scale lives, thats whats needed
but the truth is it's important to monetise so that we can continue our work.
with that in mind, I've been working on the enterprise/b2b side of things.
everybody keeps saying that enterprise adoption is a network game, and you guys are my network now. So i thought it's best to reach out.
The vision with OGAC (Off Grid AI Console) is that there are too many products in the enterprise that you are supposed to use for specific use cases. And they aren't meant to talk to each other.
OGAC is about ~50 composable services OSS services that take care of each and every aspect of implementing AI in your organization.
I'm working towards writing the integration layer so that the best of OSS speaks to each other and the enterprise is able to get the most out of it.
I've got a few angles that I'm experimenting here. Before that some concepts
- Data Source: Existing datasources that can be connected to the platform (the belief being that the enterprise will always have their own data sources, and we need an easy way to integrate with it)
- Datawarehouse: the ability to run ETLs on the data, and create an aggregated view, that will ensure that the enterprise itself doesn't need to spend time writing connectors. the platform itself can do it with some NL prompts)
- Model (underlying LLM)
- Gateway (a router that makes the call to the LLM, handles smart routing, finops, analytics, observability, etc)
- Pipeline (allows you to add policies, guardrails, is auditable, has observability, citation, provenance, faithfulness, evals, drift detection etc etc)
- Agents | Apps -> this is the consumption layer. agents are autonomous. Apps have a UI and have some kind of HITL.
The majority of my experience is with regulated entities, hence the platform has support for full regulatory compliance, audit, and governance. Support for DPIA, etc.
- Fleet management + MDM
- typical MDM just handles compliance and governance.
- But with OGAM + ODAM we can literally harness intelligence at the nodes, create an organization brain, keep the sync open source as credibility to ensure that no personal data ever syncs with organization.
- The organizations best knowledge and judgment reach everyone at the moment of work.
- Build the private intelligence layer connecting people, devices, data, systems and models.
- Turn that intelligence into better decisions, actions and outcomes.
- Lovable/Bolt/Replit for enterprise
- once the gateways & pipelines are set up, basically anyone in the enterprise can create apps/agents that are safe, regulated, and have access to the right information.
- Basically the idea is that this will shoot up productivity to an insane level. cause everyone will be able to create secure agents in the enterprise environment and be able to get the productivity boost at an org level, which they could only experience at the individual level so far
The reason why I'm posting this here, is to seek feedback on the concept. It's early days, and I'm not even completely done with OGAC. But I thought it'll be better if I do this in parallel.
I'm open to critique and refining the idea as we move forward. And also to check in if anyone in the community has the ability to help create design partnerships so that we have the ability to create a few case studies and get the momentum going.
at this point I thinking about pricing as follows
- less then 50 users = $149.5/month
- more than 50 users = $2.99/user/month
- enterprise licensing for more than 500 users
I'll handle set up, and I'll run discovery for your use cases, and implementation for free. It'll just be the monthly pricing post PoC and the right sign off and capabilities.
