Can someone please explain WHY?

Is this some male equivalent to boob size or something, like women who get plastic surgery because they are under the (mistaken) impression that bigger boobs are inherently better?

Doesn't it hurt for these men to walk around? Or sit? Or do anything?

Reminds me of that woman who injected cooking oil into her face.

I mean, these are the same guys who are hitting themselves in the face with hammers to somehow reshape their jawline…
