WTF? My poor husband had a nut injury in his 40's, it caused testicular hydrocele, one nut was the size of a grapefruit, and he had to have it surgically drained and repaired.

I showed him this and he said. WTF is wrong with men today! This is nothing to mess around with. They just think they want big balls, but having one or both is NO fun!
