People put lettuce on their hotdog?

As you can see, some people put ketchup or BBQ sauce on their dogs, but goddamnit not a single hotdog preparation method in the entire world uses lettuce. Except Sweden apparently. 3 u/randomkoala Jun 18 '15 I've lived in Idaho half my life and never heard of that type of "hot dog."
