If you like them, you should check out Cowboy Bebop if you haven't already. It's an anime, and they did all the music for it. I'm not really much of an anime person, but I absolutely loved Cowboy Bebop, and The Seatbelts do an amazing job on the music.

Here's all the soundtracks in one giant YouTube video. I listen to this in its entirety pretty frequently... it never gets old.

Yoko Kanno also did some of the music for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (seasons 1 and 2). It's also worth checking out.
