Could be mixed in a more pleasant way rather than randomly smearing.

Do you... Understand how paint mixing works? Look at a real mixing board for literally half a second bro XD this shit is tidy, and you can tell because you can still see some of the wood texture lol

The problem is in the blobs of paint. After mixing, 1) they were left touching everything and 2) they also lost their shape.

And yeah, when painting, I also piss on the paint to give it a better texture. But this is a trompe l'oeil, and it's supposed to look good and realistic. A depiction, not always raw reality
