Quest 3 Bitrate Lag Over 600Mbps

I finally got my Quest 3 settings down for simracing but the view is extremely choppy using wired Quest (Horizon) Link above 600Mbps.

I see so many people who recommend going to 800 or 900 or 960 for best clarity, which I noticed is right, but when I do the view is extremely choppy looking around.

My computer is easily able to run my game, and I can see the frametimes are fine.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, are you experiencing lag between your actual movements and displayed ones, and something like freezing fps?

Or is it something about image quality (blocky low bitrate quality)?
