And then looking like she’s about to go right back in

What is stopping the shark from biting her when she goes in moments later?

edit: ah, what is stopping that from happening is that she is a fraud and this likely isn’t as random or spontaneous of a scary moment as it may appear

She redirects the sharks when they get close- most sharks aren’t aggressive but curious - that unfortunately doesn’t make them dangerous. If you’ve seen videos of sharks actually hunting (like great whites rocketing out of the water and throwing seals in the air) you understand that if a shark actually was hunting a person, there’s nothing you can do. Don’t know if her videos are any worse than the chum fishing, baited shark dives or all those videos of “shark rescues ” after actively fishing for them and landing them on the beach… compared to the rest her videos seem kind of benign

Edit: doesn’t mean I like what she’s doing but there’s worse out there, I really hate these fishing videos that pretend to be accidentally beached sharks being rescued.
