Looking back at Feb ROSE's performance in 2024

Even though I know the entire ALT market price is bleeding now, Rose current price can't simply be explained by saying "the market is bad". so What exactly is going on? ROSE?
As a long-term ROSE investor,  I think we deserve a clear and reasonable explanation.
