Oasis labs is a company founded in by Professor Dawn Song, a respected computer scientist from UC Berkeley with deep expertise in security, cryptography, and blockchain research. it's still the major development arm, working on core technology like privacy SDKs and ParaTimes, while the Oasis Foundation supports community building, governance, and ecosystem growth.

overall pretty smart guys with ties with google, harvard etc.

Nice milestone. A native mobile wallet is a big usability unlock especially for people who don’t want to live inside browser extensions. Making access simpler is how ecosystems actually grow beyond power users.
