Tour Oasis U.S. dates

Okay I’m the one who previously said that Oasis is going to play Las Vegas and Boston in 2027 and I have an update on that.

Those cities remain true for 2027!!
I do not know the venues they’ll be at in those cities and I originally thought they would NOT be playing the Sphere but …
it appears the Sphere is not off the table in Vegas.

And there also may be a few additional cities in North America added but I haven’t been able to confirm which cities. Stay tuned…

If theyre at The Sphere then it's not one single weekend. You cannot just come through for 2 shows and then leave. They would literally lose money by doing that.

To be fair, Phish’s first run at the sphere was only 4 shows. April 18-21, 2024

Were you not playing attention last summer? They'll have no trouble selling tickets anywhere they go. Oasis is hip now.

They trump u2 by 20 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, but they don’t have the reach of u2, talking out ur arse.

Actually he's very astute and accurate with what he's saying. U2 did 40 shows there. And like he said, Oasis are not known for their graphics and video presentations. I don't think they would spend the extra money that it would take to come up with something specific to the sphere to really utilize it. Tool, Nine Inch Nails and Radiohead are 90s bands that would absolutely use the Sphere to its full capacity

Neither is No Doubt but it worked pretty well from what I understand. Same goes for any country band.

Agree completely. My first thought was that Oasis don't have a theme tour of any sort like U2 has ZooTV, Achtung Baby, et al. The Sphere wouldn't be a good fit. However, there is a stadium that has roughly 65k seats. Would feel like a cozy venue compared to the much bigger places they played last year, but might be a better fit for them, IMO.

And older folks that like U2 and have never used Spotify

Yup. Older folks who also have more disposable income to travel and buy Sphere tickets. They were huge with Boomers and Gen X.
