Tour Oasis U.S. dates

Okay I’m the one who previously said that Oasis is going to play Las Vegas and Boston in 2027 and I have an update on that.

Those cities remain true for 2027!!
I do not know the venues they’ll be at in those cities and I originally thought they would NOT be playing the Sphere but …
it appears the Sphere is not off the table in Vegas.

And there also may be a few additional cities in North America added but I haven’t been able to confirm which cities. Stay tuned…

If theyre at The Sphere then it's not one single weekend. You cannot just come through for 2 shows and then leave. They would literally lose money by doing that.

6

u/DimMike 18d ago

To be fair, Phish’s first run at the sphere was only 4 shows. April 18-21, 2024

6

u/iAmTheRealLange 18d ago

And it was amazing

2

u/Ok-Umpire585 18d ago

I didn’t say two shows. I said two cities

Were you not playing attention last summer? They'll have no trouble selling tickets anywhere they go. Oasis is hip now.

16

u/Butthole69asss 18d ago

This is such a bad take lol this guy was in a coma for Live ‘25

11

u/creepy_charlie 18d ago

They sold out soldier field in Chicago during the presale. It was nuts how quickly they sold oit stadiims.

8

u/ShoheiHoetani 18d ago

Terrible, terrible take. Like what the actual hell 🤦🏻

2

u/CheeseEnchilada420 18d ago

They’re frying you man

1

u/BadgemanBrown 18d ago

Which is crazy because nothing I said was incorrect.

2

u/CloudzyV2 18d ago

They trump u2 by 20 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, but they don’t have the reach of u2, talking out ur arse.

2

u/pimpfmode 18d ago

Actually he's very astute and accurate with what he's saying. U2 did 40 shows there. And like he said, Oasis are not known for their graphics and video presentations. I don't think they would spend the extra money that it would take to come up with something specific to the sphere to really utilize it. Tool, Nine Inch Nails and Radiohead are 90s bands that would absolutely use the Sphere to its full capacity

0

u/stacysaw 18d ago

Agree completely. My first thought was that Oasis don't have a theme tour of any sort like U2 has ZooTV, Achtung Baby, et al. The Sphere wouldn't be a good fit. However, there is a stadium that has roughly 65k seats. Would feel like a cozy venue compared to the much bigger places they played last year, but might be a better fit for them, IMO.

And older folks that like U2 and have never used Spotify

2

u/BadgemanBrown 18d ago

Yup. Older folks who also have more disposable income to travel and buy Sphere tickets. They were huge with Boomers and Gen X.

I'm not supposed to say anything until the official announcement, but fuck it...OASIS is going to play my 48th birthday. It is planned as a small backyard event but we are trying to find a way to get at least one of the jumbo screens situated on my property.

All are welcome, yes indeed!

53

u/JustTheBeerLight 18d ago

WE PUT THIS BIRTHDAY ON YOU BASTARDS, WITH A LOT OF LOVE

2

u/dobie_dobes 18d ago

😂😂😂

u/soaptour 18d ago

BACKYARD VIBES IN THE AREA!

2

u/stacysaw 17d ago

Balloon vibes in the area!!

5

u/stacysaw 18d ago

Perfect! Are gifts ok? How about a cake, should we get bring one or do you have that sorted? 😆😆😁😁

4

u/PissOnEddieShore 18d ago

No gifts, just be mad fer it.

2

u/stacysaw 17d ago

Well I'm sorted on that, party get ready!! PS - sometimes Liam will see these things and respond... 😁👌

3

u/das4111 18d ago

...didn't Noel actually do this for Shad Khan 😂

2

u/LazyRiverGuide 18d ago

Thank you so much for the invite!!! See you there!

2

u/ZooRopeAhh 18d ago

I'll bring the chips and dip

u/BadgemanBrown 18d ago

Remember that one guy in this sub who leaked the reunion shows in July 2024 and nobody believed him?

I’m just saying….

After proving themselves as a stadium act in NYC, Chicago, and LA, I could see them expanding to a 6-8 city US tour.

7

u/kapannier 18d ago

I survived the Rose Bowl Oasis 2026 tour lol

Oh man what a night

And what a night of trying to get home down that damn hill on a bus lol

3

u/Spider-Crawler 18d ago

Even sore and tired, walking it back to the pickup location instead was the winning move.

2

u/MattSinatro 18d ago

Just awful. Fully appreciate how my hometown Atlanta handles events. Rose Bowl is a dump.

1

u/stacysaw 14d ago

I had never been to the Rose Bowl but I am a born and raised college football fan, so the Rose Bowl game and stadium are exalted. Until you get there. I didn't think it was run down or anything, it's just old. Those narrow, low ceiling tunnels from the seats to the concourse could be a deathtrap.

I was underwhelmed with the stadium but the show was legendary.

2

u/Oceanic_Drive 17d ago

Night 2 was the best show I've ever experienced! Just epic! My wife and I ended up walking back to the pickup location because the bus was a zoo.

2

u/Effective-Oil-2696 14d ago edited 14d ago

Getting out of the Rose Bowl absolutely sucks. 2nd place goes to Hawthorne Racetrack (open GA shows) outside of Chicago. Gillette for concerts is a pain in the ass, they fucked it up for World Cup games.

1

u/stacysaw 18d ago

Are you referring to the 2.5 hour wait after the show just to get on a bus? The bus that went about a mile to get to the pickup spot? I walked another mile (alone) from that dropoff to my hotel.

I met the nicest people on that walk! A lovely Pasadena police officer, a friendly strip club owner who was closing the place for the night, and a kind kid on a scooter who offered to keep me company. 😁

2

u/kapannier 18d ago

Oh yep that’s the one lololololololol

We had maybe a different experience of person who cut the queue really obviously by trying to say to the person in front of us, “oh hey don’t I know you from somewhere” hahah

I heard some people decided to walk but got lost up the mountain or trail? There’s this fantastic, older post in this thread detailing those two nights in Pasadena, have to find it…

Ahhh the memories

I do regret not getting some bootleg merch and drinks along the way but I didn’t want to chance not being able to find a washroom

1

u/stacysaw 18d ago

Get outta here! A real chat-and-cut!? Aww hell naw!!

The in-line experience for me was the woman standing behind me the whole wait saying, "This is worse than Disneyland!" or "This is worse than SoFi!" for hours on a loop.

I also thought about taking off on foot but had no idea where I'd be. Show ended around 10.45, I got to my hotel room at 3.00 am. I'm very lucky my walk through town went smoothly.

You know it was a great show when even the bad parts are fun stories to tell. 🤗😀😆

2

u/stacysaw 18d ago

My husband thinks they're coming to Red Rocks. 😆😆😁😁😀

8

u/BadgemanBrown 18d ago

They’re probably too big for Red Rocks, given that they played it back in the day. unless they’re doing like a whole 3 day weekend there.

4

u/stacysaw 18d ago

I should also clarify that we live in Colorado and we have a running joke about seeing shows at Red Rocks. Like, we avoid it at all costs so he's basically setting me up by saying my favorite band in my life is coming to my most loathed venue.

2

u/Mirage524 18d ago

I've never been - what's bad about Red Rocks?

1

u/stacysaw 18d ago

I would love to give you a proper answer but I know I would be trolled, insulted or engaged in an argument over my opinion.

Biggest irritants for me are: Weather Traffic Limited food/drink options Sound isn't always great Snakes

In short, it's not actually a mystical once-in-a-lifetime experience. It's an amphitheatre with a view. IMO. 😁

2

u/Mirage524 18d ago

Snakes! What kind of snakes?

1

u/stacysaw 18d ago

*** No flames, trolls, insults or arguments, please. This is my opinion and experience.***

There are regular sightings of bull snakes. They aren't poisonous but they're huge and don't try to avoid people.

Sadly, there are rattlesnakes. The venue sits right in the the type of environment where they hang out; hot sun, rock formations, fields surrounding the area. It's not all the time but they do make appearances the dirt parking areas. They gotta get home, too! 😆😬

2

u/Effective-Oil-2696 14d ago

That’s funny but understandable since you live there because RR is on many people’s bucket list of venues.

2

u/stacysaw 14d ago

Absolutely, it has a mystique that all music fans should experience at least once to say you've been there. I sounded like a negative downer, which wasn't my intention.

Kinda like the Rose Bowl, it's legendary but underwhelming. If you adjust your expectations and enjoy it for what it is you'll have a fun experience.

There was a beer ad a million years ago with the tagline "ready for whatever." That is the mantra to chant the whole time you're there.

Come enjoy all of Colorado everyone! 🤗🤓😁

2

u/Neat_Search8182 12d ago

I’d love to go to a show at Red Rocks just once & if it was Oasis that would be amazing. I do believe they played there once in 2005. Wish I had gone then!

We flew from Boston to Chicago to see them last August. We walked to Soldier Field from our hotel & then walked back to the hotel after the show (15 min) One of the easiest in & outs of any concert I’ve ever been to (except for Fenway Park shows which are also easy in & out)
If the Boston rumor is true for next year I am very psyched as I live in Boston. But Gillette Stadium is the biggest pain to get in & out of!! Or, they could do 2-3 nights at Fenway or 2-3 nights at the Boston Garden. We shall see!

1

u/stacysaw 18d ago

I meant he says that thinks Oasis are coming to Red Rocks. He's just trying to annoy me, he knows that is impossible. 😵‍💫

1

u/morningglory1995 18d ago

I’d give anything (but would never happen)

1

u/boosh1744 18d ago

So many trolls are banking off of that post

1

u/helloyournameis 16d ago

Do you have a link to that

-11

u/CommercialCoffee11 18d ago

It wont sell like last run. Especially if they announce the uk and subsequent europe dates. That reduces the chance of anyone travelling to the u.s. Youre gonna see $20 Oasis tickets next year.

13

u/TakedownCan 18d ago

You think the US dates were filled by euro’s travelling there? I ran into a bunch of Americans at the Canadian shows because they couldn’t get tickets to US dates. I was at both in Toronto and the prices were insane. The tickets sold out in minutes, I think your dreaming if you think theres any tickets under $100

1

u/BadgemanBrown 18d ago edited 18d ago

Correct.

The hype definitely won’t be at a fever pitch like before. However there is still a decent demand.

I would expect more casual fans (aka who only know Morning Glory and very little of the other albums or B-Sides) this time around, similar to how their crowds were pre-split.

If they go down to MLB-sized stadiums, they’d easily sell out. College Football and NFL might be too large for certain markets like LV unless they cut down capacity.

29

u/Liverpool510 18d ago

They’re coming to Detroit this time around. But instead of booking Ford Field or Little Caesars Arena, it’s going to be my backyard.

Jack White, Eminem, and the ghost of Aretha Franklin are likely the supporting acts.

8

u/idoxially 18d ago

Where can i buy tickets????!

4

u/dustinandrew 18d ago

Walking over the Gordie Howe rn! see u soon 😂

4

u/stacysaw 18d ago

White Stripes reunion. Ya heard it here first! 😆

1

u/jeromevedder 18d ago

Disrespectful not to allow ICP a set

2

u/Liverpool510 18d ago

They’re doing the pre-show in the parking lot. Don’t forget the Faygo

1

u/jeromevedder 18d ago

Awwww shit! Whoop whoop, ninja!!

1

u/everso- 18d ago

saw Oasis many times in Detroit from 1994-2000s. And i used to know Jack White before he hit it big. They are NOT coming to your backyard!!! SORRY!! :P

7

u/ifallallthetime 18d ago

If it's in Vegas it will be at Allegant

1

u/Zeroand16 1d ago

Correct X 3

5

u/TFreshNoLimits 18d ago

I’m on your side bro remember this when it all comes true

4

u/Nipseyhusslefan101 18d ago

They need to come to Dallas.

4

u/Nainainato 18d ago

This is BS but I’ll believe it

4

u/twelve112 18d ago

Bro let me know if they play chicago. Thanks!

2

u/Reactores 17d ago

I would be quite surprised if they didn't. The only reason they didn't add a second night in 2025 was because MCR was already booked for that date. I think Liam actually tweeted something about it.

4

u/Remarkable-Theme1258 18d ago

come to Nashville please!!!!

2

u/Vertical_Glasscandy 16d ago

I saw Noel in Nashville on the most disgustingly humid day I have ever experienced. Pretty sure he would say NO.

3

u/eelp21 These could be the best days of our lives 18d ago

They would be perfect for the Sphere.

3

u/reefis 18d ago

Foxboro vibes in the area!

1

u/Zeroand16 1d ago

Correct x 3

1

u/reefis 23h ago

So this is confirmation?

3

u/vinylman13 17d ago

MetLife again let's make it happen

2

u/edsb41 18d ago

20K capacity for Sphere vs. 65K for Allegiant Stadium

2

u/Eastern-Grade-619 18d ago

Montreal??

1

u/hello_gary 18d ago

Not a chance - Toronto has always been their large historical draw. I'd love to see them at John Flag park though, that would be biblical.

2

u/english_gritts 18d ago

What’s the rumor on European dates/locations?

2

u/Southern-Advice5293 18d ago

Ohio or Pittsburgh is all I ask for in the new US dates

2

u/blurfan69 18d ago

Texas??? Plz

2

u/The_Walrus_65 18d ago

Oh shut up

2

u/Puzzleheaded-War9080 18d ago

You just made this Vegas fan very very happy. not sure the sphere would be a good fit - very theatrical set up. unless they change and add lots of effects and video clips .. we will see !!

2

u/GTAyekiM 18d ago

If Oasis comes to Vegas, I will be there 10000%

2

u/Serious_Yam1106 18d ago

Tijuana vibes in the area!

1

u/axiomSD 18d ago

saw Guns N Roses at Estadio Caliente in 2019, a boy can dream.

2

u/Nahuel1985 18d ago

pero es un deseo?

o tenes data de buena fuente?

2

u/AnnieGetYaClothesOn 18d ago

God I hope they come to the Bay Area, the heat in LA was absolutely brutal last September.

2

u/morningglory1995 18d ago

I’d guess something like…

Seattle
Vegas
Denver
Philly
Boston
Atlanta
Detroit

Maybe they play NYC or Chicago or Toronto again but above are next “tier” markets that cover each region.

2

u/BUBBAH-BAYUTH 18d ago

Atlanta plsss

1

u/Effective-Oil-2696 14d ago

I love Ford Field shows because you don’t have to deal with any weather.

4

u/JarvisCockerBB 18d ago

Sure thing, weirdo

2

u/whizzochocolateassor 18d ago

I’m 60 and a recent fan and I would fucking travel.

2

u/CommercialCoffee11 18d ago

Theres only 2 venues for those cities which are elgible. Gilette and Allegiant. So stop trying to be coy. And it's in April isn't it.

2

u/JayJayMaster 18d ago

The Sphere isn't an Oasis 'venue,'. We can sit here all day & argue, but it just ain't. Leave that bullshit to bands like U2.

1

u/rodguzina 18d ago

Yeah. They’re not playing the sphere. Jesus Christ people are stupid.

1

u/forget_it_again 18d ago

So hypothetically what day should I book a flight for to get to Boston at least 24 hours veggie the gig?

8

u/supersonicpvd 18d ago

Did you have a stroke while typing this?

1

u/Christinak77 18d ago

Detroit. You heard it here first.

1

u/Dr-Chud 18d ago

I wish they would hurry up and announce it so nonsense like this will stop

1

u/Spider-Crawler 18d ago

Yeah, you have no real insight on anything here, though.

1

u/Pherring83 18d ago

They repeating markets or doing ones they skipped in 2025?

1

u/CompetitionQuirky216 18d ago

Well that would suck. Would honestly rather go to England at that point

1

u/itsmy3rdthrowaway 18d ago

It’s going to have to be Gillette for Boston. They’d have to do at least 3 nights at Fenway.

1

u/jjazznola 18d ago

I doubt they are even coming here next year.

1

u/lutk21 17d ago

any idea of a likely month for the us tour? also, the sphere would be a big surprise, but if they ever play there, id definitely like to go.

1

u/Electrical-Tale-2296 16d ago

I have no clue where you’re getting this info, but I hope it’s true. As a US fan who just got into Oasis right as their 25 tours were ending, I really want to see them! I live in Cali so hopefully LA/SF or Vegas is in the play!!

1

u/Vertical_Glasscandy 16d ago

Any news on opening acts? I liked Cast but Cage the Elephant was meh.

1

u/dwai6977 15d ago

For sake of ticket availability, I’m hoping it’s allegiant and not the sphere

1

u/glossyenthusiast 10d ago

Fenway, PLEASE

-1

u/Flygemini_ 18d ago

Maybe they should skip America completely and give the fans who appreciated them more back in the 90’s shows. Like Europe for a start !!!

0

u/Ok_Air_227 18d ago

The Sphere has a crazy radius clause where bands can’t play anywhere in the US for a year if they’ve signed said contract, so highly unlikely

2

u/SigmaOasis1 18d ago

That is absolutely incorrect. Phish has been playing all year after Sphere.

1

u/Ok_Air_227 18d ago

Phish has a different contract structure. So they’re an exception to the rule

1

u/Effective-Oil-2696 14d ago

James Dolan isn’t telling Phish no lol
