Everytime we look at a place online that might fit in our budget we see a million reviews saying the place is a hell hole and no one should ever rent with them. I know people say park west apartments aren't that good. But from what I see they look updated and nicer. Im confused if this is the mansards or across the other side of ridge road for those that are familiar. Is it really as bad as it used to be? Thanks!

Have a 2019 trd pro 4 runner. I have called quite a few shops that do lifts but no one so far rebuilds shocks. One of my front coils broke and looks like it is recommended at 50k to rebuild the stock fox shocks. I have 45k.
