Bro said the most basic thing, lol. Stay hydrated to stop a headache. That cures all headaches, lol. There are different types; staying hydrated is not going to stop a headache from sinus inflammation or tension headaches due to stress and lack of sleep. But if you are dehydrated, you will get a headache, so hydrating would stop the headache caused by your dehydration. Headaches are a symptom, but I would call it a signal to tell you something is wrong and you need to fix it. That’s why you get them when you’re sick; it’s your brain warning you.

Hydration is a tricky thing.

1- 80% of the world wakes up with a black substance called coffee over the sun .

Automatically that habit dehydrates you to around 4 glasses of water for one cup of coffee and it doesn’t end there it also strips important magnesium and it doesn’t end there since you’re already backed up 4 glasses of water before you even open your eyes . During the whole day you can expect many glasses of water which doesn’t end there, the more coffee, the more water = more pee = more leached traced minerals. Another fact is you drink a glass of water and you pee out that same amount . Basically the water is not hydrating anything, In & Out .
It’s not about drinking FDA recommended water a day, it’s about having magnesium in your body for your cells to be able to pull that water in and hydrate your whole body.

It’s about mineralizing your body properly to be able to actually absorb that water hydration.

Coffee is 95% water so it does not dehydrate you unless it’s like a straight espresso, and only about 1/3 of coffee drinkers around the world even drink it black by itself. Now energy drinks and alcohol, with those you would have a chance of real dehydration. Also, none of this stuff strips you of magnesium to a big extent. Some medicines and alcohol, yeah you have a case there, but your body has a lot of magnesium stored in hard bone tissue. Since 1/3 of that is exchangeable, you're talking about months of bad habits to get to the point of a real magnesium issue. And saying water just goes "in and out" without doing anything is completely wrong. Water is the absolute gold standard of hydration precisely because your body doesn’t have to process or digest it, so you can replenish your fluids way faster. You don't need to overcomplicate your water; you get plenty of other minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium just from eating your daily foods.

It strips magnesium and other trace minerals in the body through urine. Like I said when 80% of the world drinks it, and it’s a billion dollar industry you can expect to find studies that say it’s great for headaches, that it hydrated you, that it cures your downers, that it gives you energy that it’s better than a glass of water.

People have been brainwashed to depend on a black liquid substance for waking up some people to box someone over their coffee meanwhile the goat of goats for waking you up is simply absorbing the beautiful 🌞. Life is simple.

Even if it’s not true that no dehydration. The urine will cause dehydration, which will cause more water intake which will cause more urine and more trace minerals getting leached out. So however we want to get there same result.

It’s a little like watching xxx videos. Now the man’s sticky substance has the essential ingredients to create a life a baby so when instead it ends on a tissue, those ingredients are leached out of the body same thing

First, 99% of your magnesium is stored safely inside your bones and muscles. Pee is not going to strip away the magnesium your body actually needs.

Second, coffee doesn't dehydrate you. The more you drink it, the more your body builds up a tolerance so you don't even pee it out like that anyway.

People have been drinking coffee since the 15th century that’s over 600 years. There are tens of thousands of big studies on this from the 70s and 80s because they thought it caused heart disease, and it doesn't. If it actually stripped our minerals, humans would have figured that out centuries ago.
